Westfield Health has launched Evolve, a fully digital platform designed to transform how intermediaries quote, sell and manage health cash plans, as the organisation targets a landmark £100 million in annual revenue.

The platform replaces Westfield Health’s legacy systems with an end-to-end digital solution, enabling intermediaries to generate personalised quotes quickly, manage portfolios in real time, and access utilisation data via a single dashboard. Evolve also integrates health cash plans with private health insurance, offering a flexible and cost-effective way to provide both everyday and higher-value healthcare cover.

Mark Hamson, Managing Director of Insurance, said: “Health cash plans have always played an important role in supporting everyday health. What’s changing is how they’re delivered, and how they’re understood. With Evolve, we’re helping reposition them as a core part of keeping people healthy and in work.”

Evolve includes flexible benefits and services such as cancer risk assessment, delivered via a partnership with Perci Health, and neurodiversity support. Kelly McCabe, CEO of Perci Health, said the partnership enabled “a more complete early detection approach… helping people take the right next step quickly and confidently”.

The platform also delivers real-time portfolio reporting to support stronger client outcomes.
