The hospital, located close to major rail and air travel links, will offer high-quality medical services to international patients
China’s Sun Yat-sen University has opened a new International Medical Centre in Shenzhen, offering healthcare services to international patients and cross-border residents from territories such as Hong Kong and Macau.Top of Form
The hospital is located in Shenzhen’s Futian district, adjacent to major roads and key transport hubs, such as Futian Railway Station and Bao’an International Airport.
The centre offers multi-disciplinary, high-quality care in both general and specialty medicine, in fields such as orthopaedics, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, oncology prevention, cancer therapy, as well as cell and gene therapy.
Alongside this, services provided include personalised health screenings, advanced diagnostics, remote consultations for international cases, and multi-disciplinary teams for complex cases. All services are offered in both Chinese and English.
The university stated that the facility draws on the expertise of a number of leading institutions in Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Sweden, and the US.Bottom of Form
