Maxis GBN unveils Maxis+ data services for multinationals
Maxis+ provides multinationals with deeper insights into medical claims and workforce health trends
Maxis GBN, the global employee benefits network jointly owned by MetLife and AXA, has introduced Maxis+, an enhanced suite of data-driven services designed to give multinational employers deeper insights into medical claims and employee health trends. A key feature is an interactive medical claims dashboard that enables clients to generate tailored reports, build custom visualisations, and identify cost drivers more effectively.
The Maxis+ offering will be automatically included for all global captive solution clients beginning new programmes from 1 January 2026, while existing clients will have the option to upgrade.
Beyond claims analytics, the package incorporates:
- Analyses of public healthcare systems in major markets
- Employee-facing health education campaigns
- Tailored support from Maxis’ health and wellness experts.
According to the firm, the services are designed to enable multinationals to conduct deeper analysis of claims data and gain clearer insights into workforce health trends.
Paul Lewis, Chief Business Development Officer at Maxis GBN, commented: “When we speak to our clients, often their top concern is rising medical costs.
“Multinationals need to address these costs and provide the benefits that support the unique needs of their people.
“I’m delighted that we’re bringing Maxis+ to the market, giving our multinational clients enhanced data insights and services to help them make proactive, data-driven decisions that benefit both their people and business.”
Dr Leena Johns, Chief Health and Wellness Officer at Maxis GBN, added: “Without timely data insights, managing employee health and medical claims costs in a strategic way is almost impossible.
“For more than a decade we’ve been developing our health and wellness capabilities and, with Maxis+, we now have our most advanced suite of services yet.
“The new dashboard comes packed with enhanced analytics and data, which multinationals can use to generate their own graphs and charts, helping them uncover fresh insights about their employees’ health.”
Recently, AXA Hong Kong and Macau announced an insurance partnership with Motogo, a mobility services provider in China’s Greater Bay Area.
