Walaa adopts CoverGo digital platform
The platform is expected to streamline and reduce the cost of the Saudi Arabian health insurer’s claims processes
Saudi Arabian insurance firm Walaa has adopted CoverGo’s digital health insurance platform.
The platform will allow Walaa to streamline its health insurance claims processes, supporting the rapid growth of its health book of business, while reducing costs and improving customer service.
“Digital transformation is a key priority for Walaa, and our collaboration with CoverGo is a major milestone in that journey,” said Johnson Varughese, CEO of Walaa. “The platform allows us to be more agile in our delivery, more efficient operationally, and, most importantly, more responsive to the evolving needs of our customers.”
