Liv Hospital opens international patient lounge at Istanbul Airport
The lounge will allow international patients and medical tourists to coordinate with the hospital as soon as they disembark from their plane
Liv Hospital in Turkey has announced the opening of a new international patient lounge at Istanbul Airport.
The purpose of the lounge is to assist in the coordination of international patients bound for the hospital, establishing a single point of contact upon arrival in Turkey.
Patients who have scheduled care with Liv Hospital Istanbul will be met at the lounge by coordinators, who will confirm their identity and itinerary.
As well as coordinated arrival support, the lounge will offer interpreter services, document handover, and seamless hospital transfers to Liv Hospital.
“This international patient lounge makes the arrival experience more predictable and less stressful for people travelling for care,” said a spokesperson for Liv Hospital. “By placing a dedicated reception and airport concierge for patients inside Istanbul Airport, we can connect travellers directly to coordinators who already know their case, schedule, and next steps.”
The Liv Hospital Group signed a medical tourism agreement with ARDI Insurance in April of last year.
