Roy Medical Assistance (RMA) has announced that it is offering international medical assistance and third-party administrator (TPA) services in the South Korean market.
From its multilingual 24/7 call centre in India, RMA provides a team of assistance experts who manage claims and requests in a timely and exacting manner.
With this expansion into South Korea, RMA is building on an established service coverage area in Asia and the Middle East, offering medical assistance, cost containment, international TPA and case monitoring to the region.
