AXA and MSIG have partnered with Scoot to underwrite the airline’s insurance

AXA Partners and MSIG have partnered with low-cost Singaporean airline Scoot to underwrite the airline’s insurance offerings

As part of the deal, the companies will collaborate to provide underwriting services for Scoot’s travel insurance policies – branded as Scootsurance – for customers taking flights from Vietnam and Singapore.

A range of over 30 travel insurance benefits is currently offered under the Scootsurance brand. The policies are offered as add-ons when customers book their flights via the Scoot website.

“We are pleased to partner with AXA Partners to provide customised travel insurance plans for Scoot passengers so that they can fly with peace of mind,” said MSIG Asia Pte Ltd CEO Clemens Philippi. “As travel picks up, we look forward to extending the partnership to more markets in Asia.”
