Avanti prioritises travel reassurance for its customers

Travel insurance firm Avanti has launched a new TV campaign, putting reassurance at the heart of its customer commitment
After Avanti rebranded last August, complete with two colourful animated characters, the company began to mould its new identity to prioritise its customers’ peace of mind. "We wanted a fresh look for the brand that would stand out from the competition,” explained Brad May, Avanti’s Chief Marketing Officer. “Travel Reassurance is what customers want and the campaign brings this to life in a way which is both fun and impactful.”
Avanti’s new 40-second commercial, Travel Reassurance, features the brand characters in a beach holiday environment, and Avanti asserts that the characters’ ‘jargon free’ style of speaking allows viewers to understand what sets Avanti apart from its competitors.
Company CEO Julian Kearney commented: “Since acquiring the Avanti brand in 2017, we have more than doubled the size of the company and established it as a major player within travel insurance. The new ad provides a platform for further growth and will continue to strengthen our position in the market.”
