Complimentary travel insurance for Celeystial Cruises guests
Cyprus-based cruise line Celestyal Cruises has announced that it will provide complimentary travel insurance, including Covid-19 cover, for its guests
For all new, individual bookings made on its cruises from now through 30 November 2020 for March-June 2021 sailings, Celeystial Cruises is providing its guests with complimentary travel insurance cover. The insurance policy, provided by Allianz Global Assistance, includes:
- Coverage of medical/hospitalisation expenses, including those associated with Covid-19
- Transportation costs to the nearest hospital and travel costs to the next port of call, if required
- Travel expenses to return home due to illness, if required, and reimbursement for any unused portion of a cruise
- For an additional fee, guests can opt to upgrade their policy to also include trip cancellation coverage, a statement from the company said
Putting guests at ease for 2021 bookings
Due to commence on 6 March, Celestyal’s first sailing will be a seven-night ‘Three Continents’ cruise taking place onboard the Celestyal Experience. Its itinerary will take it to Greece, Turkey, Israel, Egypt and Cyprus.
