Cigna Healthcare appoints Neil Kirby as CEO of Global Individual Health
Kirby will be responsible for targeting new segments and leveraging innovative technologies
Cigna Healthcare, International Health has appointed Neil Kirby as Chief Executive Officer of its Global Individual Health (GIH) business. Reporting directly to Jason Sadler, President, International Health, Kirby will direct the global expansion of the key business segment.
Kirby joins Cigna Healthcare with extensive expertise in global health insurance, having previously held the role of Global Marketing and Sales Director for Bupa Global, with direct responsibility for the global consumer segment and portfolio growth. He has over 25 years’ experience in sales and marketing and has led the global product portfolios across international telecommunications and insurance organisations.
Sadler commented: “Neil’s extensive experience in driving growth in global segments and his strong customer orientation make him well suited to lead our Global Individual Health business. The globally mobile demographic is crucial for us, and with emerging market trends and new opportunities, his expertise is perfectly aligned to help us capitalise on these prospects.”

Cigna Healthcare recently launched a new wellbeing initiative for expats to raise awareness about the negative effects of putting profit before employee wellbeing.
