Louise Heywood has been the General Manager of  the International Assistance Group since 2019.  Based in Paris, France the International Assistance Group is the world’s largest alliance of over 160 independent assistance companies, service providers, and correspondents dedicated to world-class global assistance service and cross-border collaboration on behalf of insurers and travellers. Louise has extensive experience in the assistance and travel insurance industry having held senior roles in Operations, Marketing and Executive management in the sector in the UK, Australia, North America and Asia.
