Amit Patel is the Founder of Peachy, an insurtech startup that has built the UK’s first digital health insurance product targeting millennials, micro and small businesses. He has held several senior roles at Bupa including Director of New Ventures, in which he was responsible for incubating, testing and scaling next-generation digital ventures, and Strategy and M&A Director for Bupa UK across its portfolio of regulated businesses. Prior to Bupa, Amit worked as a Strategy Consultant at LEK, advising Fortune 500 companies and private equity investors on growth strategy and M&A across financial services, life sciences and healthcare. Amit started his career in medicine and trained as a general surgeon working in the NHS.
