As a graduate in modern languages, Stella gravitated to the assistance world where she used her linguistic skills to help people in medical and vehicle breakdown emergencies across the globe. As her management experience grew, she ran large teams of people across a number of disciplines including customer service and travel claims. While much of her career has been focused on the travel insurance and assistance industry, Stella has diversified over the years into more general personal lines and now has a broad knowledge across many products.
