Dr Ulrich Carshagen, Air Rescue Group Lead Flight Physician, Africa, is an accomplished emergency medicine and retrieval practitioner with a special interest in critical care transport. He furthered his education in emergency medicine and holds a Diploma in Retrieval and Transfer Medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He also serves as a member of the faculty for the diploma.
