Tomomi Takahata Steincamp, CPCU, is the Chief Operating Officer of Emergency Assistance Japan (USA), as well as the head of Global Strategy for Emergency Assistance Japan, based in Tokyo. An industry veteran, she has served in a variety of roles within the insurance and assistance industry, which she believes has been integral in helping her contribute the company’s best-in-class service and global network. An Osaka native, she earned a degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester. You will find her swimming, cycling, and running on weekends in Richmond, Virginia.
