Zakaria earned a Bachelor’s degree in Law in 2000 and a Master’s degree in Public Law in 2003 from Tunis Carthage University. In 2005, he pursued a career in banking with Mashreq Bank and in insurance with MSH Mobility Saint Honore (Ace Group) in Dubai.
His professional journey with the assistance business started in 2008 when he became an Operations Coordinator and raised through the ranks to become Operations Manager in 2015. In 2017 he joined Air Rescue Group (RMSI at that time) where he played a pivotal role as Programme and Operations Manager to transform RMSI into Air Rescue Group in 2019.
In his current role, Zak leverages his expertise and collaborative approach to bring high performance to the field of air medical evacuations and their complex operations.
