Alex is the Technical Product Director at World Travel Protection (WTP), based out of the Brisbane Command Centre, and is a digital transformation subject-matter expert with over 15 years of experience. He specialises in developing strategies to improve product experience, utilisation and delivery. Alex’s responsibilities include the onboarding of customers, delivering digital applications – Travel Assist – and continuous development of products. As an integral part of the WTP Executive Team, he oversees and ensures that all new customers are implemented, trained and support onto the digital applications customers rely on.
