As CEO and President, Shannon is responsible for running all facets of the business. She has also served for six years on the US Travel Insurance Association (UStiA) Board of Directors. Shannon has a proven executive management track record and more than 25 years of experience driving sales growth. She began her travel insurance career in 1996 at Tele-Trip, which was a Mutual of Omaha company.
