Amber Payne-Gregory

Amber Payne-Gregory, Director of Medical Operations, RN, MBA, CFRN, CMTE

Amber is a seasoned Emergency Medicine and Flight Nurse, having been in nursing for 20 years; 15 in the aeromedical industry. Her previous experience has been in the Emergency Department as a Charge Nurse, as well as Senior Flight Nurse and Clinical Base Educator with Air Methods, Corporation. She was also in Leadership with Omniflight Helicopters as a Regional Educator. She is an instructor in BLS, ACLS and PALS. Amber has also presented at local, state and national level in education conferences for Emergency Nurses, Pre-Hospital Providers and other Healthcare Providers. Amber has also been a contributor in textbooks from ASTNA, ‘Critical Care Transport Curriculum’ and ‘Standards for Critical Care and Specialty Transport’, and is currently an Officer with the Alabama State Council of Emergency Nurses Association.

Amber started with AirMed in August 2014 as a Clinical Coordinator, completing her MBA with a Healthcare Concentration from Auburn University, and being named Director of Medical Operations in May 2015. With a strong clinical background to accompany the advanced business degree, Amber brings a broad level of expertise to manage the Medical Operations at AirMed International.
