Louise Isaacs Cigna Europe

Louise Isaacs is Chief Marketing Officer for Europe, and is responsible for leading Marketing across International organisations (IGO and NGO), European Employers and Globally Mobile Individuals. In this role based in London her responsibilities include; acquisition, both through performance marketing channels and supporting the sales team. Growing value and improving retention from our existing customers and optimising the end to end customer experience. Ensuring we are building our brand positioning and Thought Leadership, to continue to build strong relationships with our external stakeholders. And research and insight to continue to put our customer, clients and brokers at the centre of everything we do. Recently Louise’s role has also expanded to include product.

Louise joined Cigna in January 2020, and previously worked for American Express in a number of senior Product and Marketing roles.  This included the role Vice President Product EMEA, where she led Product Management and Product Development for the Commercial Business for SME’s, co-brands, lending and large market Clients. During her tenure at Amex Louise also held the role Vice President Marketing in the partnership business, her responsibilities included product, digital and analytics in 20+ EMEA partner markets.

Prior to American Express Louise has held roles both client and agency side in financial services, retail and telco, and has worked with major brands across EMEA including; RBS, Vodafone, Sony, Ted Baker, Lloyds TSB, John Lewis and Barclaycard.

Louise has BA (hons) degree from Bristol Business School, and a post graduate diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
