Prior to Co-Founding Hotspot Cover, Mark served as CEO for Europ Assistance, a position he held for 15-years in Ireland, establishing the business from a greenfield operation, and growing gross written premiums to €300m, with business units across the sectors of travel insurance, international private medical insurance, roadside assistance, and vehicle extended warranty. Mark’s career in the insurance sector covers over 30-years, during which he has developed an enormous level of international experience covering Europe, North America, South Africa, and Asia.
