Kim McClatchie is the Head of HR for William Russell Ltd. She joined in 2014 with a brief to manage all aspects of the company’s people strategy, to support managers through business change, and to ensure that William Russell is a rewarding place to work. Prior to joining the company, Kim worked as an HR consultant and also for Waitrose as a Regional HR Manager. Within her roles, Kim has always collaborated with all areas of a business to achieve company business plans.
