New tool allows organisations to design their own employee benefits solutions
Generali Employee Benefits Network (GEB) has launched a new digital tool to help businesses cater to the needs of expatriates and globally mobile employees
The tool, eNomad, helps multinational companies and insurance intermediaries design and implement benefit plans for overseas employees and expats. The new system allows users to select one or multiple solutions at a time that are tailored to the specific needs of their employees – for Group Life, Disability, Accident, Healthcare and Retirement & Savings covers. The six-step flexible approach means that users can also modify the selections at any time when generating a quote.
“Thanks to this innovative platform we are now able to provide multi-carrier and multi-product solutions,” said Paolo Ribotta, CEO of Generali Employee Benefits & Global Health. “As a global player across 118 markets, grouping the propositions of selected network partners in key markets allows us to offer the most effective global coverage solutions. The platform will change the ways in which we do business and aligns with our ambition of being a Lifetime Partner to our clients and insurance intermediaries.”
GEB notes that additional features include chat-box functions and a personal repository and quote manager section.
The importance of enhanced employee benefits solution is taking centre stage as we near the one-year marker of the ongoing global pandemic. Hospitals & Healthcare recently looked at how tailored employee assistance programmes could help lift the strain on overburdened healthcare systems; and Maxis Global Benefits Network, separately, highlighted how employee benefits could be adapted to counter the effects of an ageing workforce.
