ING partners with embedded insurance specialist bolttech
The arrangement will utilise ING’s existing networks to offer insurance coverage to customers
Pan-European bank ING has partnered with insurtech firm bolttech to offer embedded insurance and protection to its customers across multiple markets.
Products are already available through the partnership in Belgium, Italy, the Netherlands, and Poland, with further markets in the pipeline.
The collaboration reflects ING’s aim to scale up embedded insurance across Europe, following the launch of its new global subscriptions model.
The arrangement combines ING’s international reach and customer network with bolttech’s insurance platform and servicing expertise.
“We are committed to continually evolving our customer offering and exploring new ways to deliver value to customers,” said Sali Salieski, Global Head of Private Individuals at ING. “Our partnership with bolttech supports this ambition and reflects our focus on innovation, simplicity, and customer-led experiences across our international markets.”
The announcement is the latest in a series of partnerships that bolttech has entered into in recent years, including with AirAsia, AXA Partners, FWD, and Trip.com.
