AXA UK joins GAIN to support neurodivergent employees
GAIN is a community interest company supporting neurodivergent individuals in the financial services industry
AXA UK has joined forces with the Group for Autism, Insurance, Investment and Neurodiversity (GAIN) in a step towards becoming a fully inclusive workplace.
GAIN is a community interest company whose goal it is to kickstart industry-owned and run improvements in the employment prospects of neurodivergent people in insurance, investment, and related areas of financial services.
AXA UK will work with GAIN to understand how its policies and procedures can better accommodate neurodivergent employees and their needs.
GAIN will provide the healthcare company with access to industry-specific advice and guidance from qualified partners, to help develop the insurer’s best practice and neuro-inclusive policies and procedures.
AXA UK’s employee network Able is focused on disability, long-term conditions, neurodiversity, and mental health. Launched in 2022, its neurodiversity workstream aims to raise awareness about neurodiversity in the workplace while providing an opportunity for its neurodiverse talent to network.
