True Traveller appoints new Head of Operations
Martin Warren previously served as an Account Manager at AXA Partners, where he worked for over 10 years
Travel insurance firm True Traveller has named Martin Warren as its new Head of Operations.
Warren joins True Traveller from AXA Partners UK & Ireland, where he served as an Account Manager, having risen through various customer service, compliance, and client relationship management roles since 2015.
Warren stated that he was “thrilled” to join True Traveller, and that he “looks forward to contributing to the continued success of the True Traveller team”.
Tim Riley, Managing Director of True Traveller, added: “We are delighted to welcome Martin to our team as our Head of Operations. This pivotal role within the company is the bedrock of the excellent customer experience which we pride ourselves on.”
True Traveller also recently reported growing demand for long-term family adventure holidays in 2026, reflecting a wider shift towards more immersive and purposeful travel.
