Travel platform launches new family pricing
Faye is offering improved rates for families and more efficient workflows for travel advisers
Travel platform Faye has introduced new, more affordable plan rates for families travelling with children. Adults travelling with Faye and bringing children ages 0–17 along can now benefit from more budget-friendly options.
These rates are currently available to residents in approximately 20 US states, with plans to expand to other states over time.
Along with these updated rates, Faye has added new features for travel advisers, who can now access the following through the Faye Travel Advisor Portal:
- Roster quoting: advisers can now quickly generate multiple quotes for groups of 10 or more travellers with a few clicks, instead of creating individual quotes one by one
- Claim filing on behalf of their clients, with the ability to track the status of each claim
- Policy editing in a couple of clicks: now advisers can change dates and destinations
directly in their personal portal dashboard.
Jennifer Grawey, Head of Partnerships at Faye Travel Insurance, said: “Our latest survey results show that 33% of travellers plan to use a travel adviser to plan some or all their trips this year. And that they rely on advisers for these three aspects of their trips the most: budget management, travel insurance, and entire itinerary booking. With travel protection ranking high on travellers’ priorities, it’s clear that advisers play a critical role in helping clients feel secure and well prepared.”
New data highlights this year’s most popular and most costly holiday destinations for US travellers.
