Travel Insured partners with Robin Assist

The alliance will provide Travel Insured customers with access to 24/7 worldwide emergency travel and medical assistance.

Customers will also be able to locate medical facilities, arrange medically necessary repatriation, and access multilingual customer support via the Robin Assist platform.

“Travel Insured’s mission is to alleviate the stress of travel disruptions,” said Barb Merwin, President of Travel Insured International. “We want to ensure that every traveller embarks on their journey feeling safe and assured, no matter what situation they may encounter. Our strategic relationship with Robin Assist will deliver on this mission now and in the future as our business continues to grow.”

Robin Assist also signed a similar agreement for access to its platform with managing general agent Hop! in May.
