Thomas Cook India launches B2B tool for travel agent partners

‘Holiday Mate’ ensures contactless, scalable and secure solutions for customers

Thomas Cook India, an omnichannel travel services company, has announced the launch of Holiday Mate, an online business-to-business (B2B) tool that helps its partners deliver fast, seamless and accurate services to the end customer.

Holiday Mate allows Thomas Cook’s travel agent partners to manage end-to-end holiday bookings seamlessly online – from selecting the most suitable product, with any customisations, to payments.

The four steps are:

  • Select product and review booking
  • Sign in
  • Enter traveller details
  • Payment.

This tool will help the company in its outreach to India’s viable tier two, three and four key source markets, therefore expanding its market share.

For the first phase of the launch, Holiday Mate offers Thomas Cook’s Group Tours, with Individual Travel to follow in the next phase.

Rajeev Kale, President & Country Head – Leisure, Travel and MICE at Thomas Cook India, said: “This is the new era of travel! Our accelerated digital transformation is aimed at delivering an exceptional experience for our key stakeholders.

“Our newly launched B2B platform has been strategically designed to empower our travel agent partners. The portal offers end-to-end solutions in easy steps, without the need of human intervention, right from choosing a product, customising it per customer requirement to transaction in four easy steps.”

In the summer, Thomas Cook India launched cruise holidays internationally and domestically after a surge in demand.
