NFP takes over Resolute Insurance Services
Financial services provider NFP has announced its acquisition of Resolute Insurance Services, an insurance broker based in Walsall, UK
NFP stated that the acquisition ‘expands [its] commercial insurance product offerings and accelerates Resolute’s plans to provide additional solutions to clients’.
Resolute offers a diverse range of products for both private clients and businesses – including travel and business travel coverage.
Resolute’s senior management team will continue their roles at the company, with David Cox remaining as Managing Director. Cox will work closely with John Paul Allcock, Group Managing Director, NFP in Europe.
“We’re always open to engaging with like-minded insurance brokers and expanding our business operations by integrating firms, such as Resolute, that share our culture and values,” said Allcock. “Resolute will be a great asset to NFP as we invest in the team and their growth.”

NFP also announced plans to offer personal travel insurance across all of Canada earlier this year.
