The software as a service-based (SaaS) platform is designed to ‘address specific concerns faced by organisations, helping them capture, monitor, analyse and reduce their carbon emissions from business travel’. Additionally, the platform offers insights into Scope 3 emissions, with the aim of helping companies to ‘reduce environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting costs’.
Thomas Cook India added that the platform also ‘leverages the global expertise of Fairfax Digital Services’.
Green Carpet offers:
- Simplified data capture and analysis of travel emissions, with real-time dashboards
- Adherence to Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting (BRSR) and aligned to global audit requirements
- Easy integration with current corporate business travel platforms
- Advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning to provide analytics and recommendations.
