Klook and Zurich Singapore partner on travel insurance
Klook will offer Zurich’s comprehensive travel insurance plan for the Singaporean market, which includes telehealth services as standard
Travel and experiences e-commerce platform Klook has partnered with Zurich Singapore to offer a new travel insurance plan to its Singaporean customers.
The plan, known as TravelJoy, includes coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations and lost luggage, as well as telehealth provision, and is purchasable via Klook’s digital platform.
“We’re excited to partner with Zurich Singapore to launch TravelJoy, bringing comprehensive coverage and peace of mind for our Singaporean customers,” said Chuan Sheng Soong, CEO of Klook Insurance. “Travel insurance is a non-negotiable post pandemic, and this partnership is a testament of how we continue to push boundaries and ensure our customers are protected during their travels.”

Klook previously announced a similar deal with AXA Hong Kong and Macau to offer travel insurance services to Hong Kongers, in late 2022.
