Jetline Travel has entered administration, having ceased trading as an ATOL holder last ‎month

The UK-based travel agency has confirmed that it appointed joint administrators from ‎insolvency firm Leonard Curtis, and financial assistance specialist Carter Clark, to ‎manage the process.‎

The company, which launched in 2000, ceased trading as an ATOL holder on 6 March ‎with 800 forward bookings and 20 customers overseas, after Carnival announced the ‎cancellation of some outstanding bookings through Jetline due to breach of contract. ‎Jetline is believed to have failed to pass on customer payments.‎

Jetline left travel agent association ABTA in November 2020 after it came under ‎investigation for its handling of customer refunds during the pandemic.‎
