The platform incorporates Lumo’s AI travel assistant, offering updates in the event that flights are cancelled or delayed

Gant Travel Management has announced the launch of the Gant Self-Service Platform, a digital solution designed to support business travellers.

The platform serves as a unified destination for travel resources and support which the traveller requires throughout their journey, including details about upcoming trips, invoices, profile information, travel insights, and other travel details.

The platform also offers proactive travel disruption intelligence, provided through a partnership with Proton, the developer of the Lumo AI assistant.

The Lumo assistant allows travellers to be automatically informed when their flights are disrupted, allowing them to stay ahead of delays, cancellations, and other interruptions. They can also receive timely alerts and intelligence updates.

“Business travellers increasingly expect the same level of proactive guidance they experience in other parts of their daily lives," said Bala Chandran, Co-Founder and CEO of Lumo. “Gant shares our vision that disruption management should be centred on the traveller. By combining Lumo's real-time disruption intelligence with Gant's self-service capabilities and expert agent support, we're helping travellers make informed decisions faster while ensuring human expertise is readily available whenever it's needed.”

Visit Ukraine recently launched a mobile application that combines insurance products with travel planning and support services to support travel to and from Ukraine.
