Visit Ukraine launches app combining travel and insurance services
The new platform brings together war-risk insurance, travel cover and border information as digital travel services continue to evolve
Visit Ukraine has launched a mobile application that combines insurance products with travel planning and support services, offering users a single platform to arrange travel to and from Ukraine.
Available on iOS and Android, the app brings together a range of services including war-risk insurance, travel medical insurance, motor insurance, property insurance, legal support, accommodation booking, transport tickets, and car hire.
The platform is designed for both international visitors travelling to Ukraine and Ukrainian residents travelling abroad. Users can also access information on border crossing requirements, manage existing insurance policies, and store travel documents through a personal account.
The launch reflects continued investment in digital travel services for journeys involving Ukraine, where travellers often require a combination of insurance, legal guidance, and up-to-date border information before departure.
The integration of multiple insurance products alongside travel planning tools highlights the growing role of digital platforms in simplifying access to specialist cover.
The inclusion of war-risk insurance also reflects the unique protection requirements associated with travel to Ukraine, where standard travel insurance policies may exclude conflict-related risks.
The app is available in Ukrainian, English and Russian.
