Galaxy Health Insurance launches travel insurance product
The product marks the Indian insurer’s entry into the travel insurance market
Indian firm Galaxy Health Insurance has announced its expansion into the international travel insurance sector, with the launch of its new product, Galaxy Fly Global Travel Insurance.
The product, which is designed for Indian citizens travelling overseas for leisure, business, education, or employment, leverages the company’s existing expertise in the field of healthcare to offer protection against medical emergencies and other disruptions.
The policy includes coverage for hospital costs, outpatient treatment, emergency medical evacuation, repatriation of mortal remains, trip cancellation, delay and interruption, missed connections, and baggage delay and loss.
Travel insurance provider Arch RoamRight has partnered with TravelJoy to offer embedded coverage to new travellers.
