Arch RoamRight partners with TravelJoy
TravelJoy will embed Arch RoamRight’s travel insurance products into its booking platform
Travel insurance provider Arch RoamRight has announced a new partnership with TravelJoy, the developer of a combined client resource management (CRM) and booking platform for travel advisers.
The partnership allows advisers to get quotes for and purchase Arch RoamRight travel insurance via the TravelJoy platform on behalf of their clients.
The aim of the integration is to streamline the booking workflow for advisers and their clients, and reduce the need to use multiple platforms.
“Travel advisers are looking for solutions that help them work more efficiently while delivering exceptional service to their clients,” said Cory Sobczyk, Vice President of Business Development at Arch RoamRight. “Our partnership with TravelJoy brings travel insurance directly into the adviser’s existing workflow, making it easier to offer coverage at the right time during the booking process.”
Dayo Esho, CEO and Co-Founder of TravelJoy, added: “Travel advisers should get to spend their time on the judgement and expertise their clients hire them for, not moving information between disconnected systems. Bringing Arch RoamRight into the TravelJoy workflow lets advisers quote and add travel protection without switching tools, re-entering details, or breaking their momentum.”
Aneevo recently launched a cancellation top-up product designed to help insurance brokers arrange higher levels of trip cancellation cover, without leaving its digital placement platform.
