Bupa CareConnect signs 11 new workplace healthcare agreements at Global Health Exhibition 2025
Saudi Arabia’s digital and preventative healthcare push gained momentum in Riyadh with new partnerships and workplace expansion plans
Bupa CareConnect, the healthcare arm of Bupa Arabia for Cooperative Insurance, announced 11 new agreements to expand its workplace healthcare services across Saudi Arabia during the Global Health Exhibition 2025 in Riyadh. The event, held on 27–30 October under the patronage of the Ministry of Health and attended by Health Minister Fahad bin Abdulrahman Al-Jalajel, brought together healthcare leaders from across the Kingdom and beyond.
The company’s participation highlighted its role in advancing Saudi Arabia’s healthcare transformation through an integrated digital model focused on prevention, early intervention, and efficiency – supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
Bupa CareConnect showcased its preventative primary care model, which connects patients and doctors via a unified digital platform offering 24/7 virtual consultations, home visits, nursing care, lab testing, and medication delivery. The service particularly supports elderly patients and those with chronic conditions.
During the exhibition, Bupa CareConnect also announced a tripartite partnership with NEOM and Oura to develop a data-driven digital health system using Oura’s smart technology. The collaboration aims to help individuals track health indicators and enable early intervention by healthcare providers.
“Our participation reflects our vision of building a unified digital ecosystem founded on innovation, accessibility, and service quality,” said Mohamed El Missaoui, CEO of Bupa CareConnect. “We are creating an integrated healthcare environment that simplifies the patient journey and ensures better outcomes through advanced digital solutions that make care more human and connected.”
The company currently operates 15 workplace clinics for major national institutions, including the Public Investment Fund, National Housing Company, Savola Group, King Abdullah Financial District, and Alinma Bank. It plans to open 11 new clinics in 2025, alongside its first comprehensive Bupa Physical Clinic in Riyadh, further strengthening its preventative, data-driven approach to workplace and community healthcare.
Riyadh-based King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (KFSHRC) has expanded advanced nursing roles, reporting measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
