The insurance and assistance company has launched a new travel risk management ‎platform called AXA Travel Eye

The platform, developed in partnership with Safeture, is designed to enhance AXA’s ‎provision of “real-time risk intelligence, emergency support, and seamless ‎communication”.‎

Travel Eye provides business travellers and expats with real-time risk assessments, ‎security updates, and global event alerts, as well as the ability to manage trip details ‎either manually or automatically through integration with a travel management ‎company.‎

The platform also offers emergency messaging and 24/7 access to AXA’s global ‎operations centres.‎

Users can also customise privacy settings to manage the information they share.‎

‎“Travel risks are evolving, and businesses need smarter solutions to protect their ‎employees,” said Blessy George, Head of North America, AXA Partners. “Travel Eye ‎provides real-time intelligence and seamless support, ensuring corporate travellers ‎stay safe and informed wherever they go.”‎

The announcement follows the launch of My Trip Companion (MyTC), AXA Partners US’s ‎new digital self-service portal for travel assistance, earlier this year.‎
