AXA Partners US launches new travel assistance app
AXA Partners US has announced a new digital self-service portal for travel assistance called My Trip Companion (MyTC)
The platform will be offered to customers who purchase an AXA Travel Insurance plan, as well as “valued AXA clients and their members”.
It offers a range of travel and health services with the aim of supporting travellers’ safety and wellbeing, including country guides, travel and visa requirements, medical support services from health professionals, and a tool to locate doctors and hospitals worldwide.
Additionally, travellers will have access to global safety alerts about potential risks and hazards at their destinations.
“AXA Partners US is dedicated to transforming how travellers access travel and medical services by leveraging innovation, reliability, and a customer-first approach,” said Blessy George, Head of North America, AXA Partners. “As the travel industry continues to evolve, we are proud to introduce a new platform that accelerates digital transformation and enhances the way assistance services are delivered worldwide.”
Forvis Mazars recently found that less than half (43%) of financial services firms have developed a clear artificial intelligence (AI) strategy.
