AMI Global Assistance partners with New Frontier Group
The medical assistance provider has selected New Frontier Group to provide telehealth, pharmacy and cost containment services to support its US and UK assistance centres
AMI Global Assistance, part of the AMI group of companies, which provides emergency assistance and travel risk management services to the corporate and government sectors, has partnered with New Frontier Group to enhance the range of international healthcare and assistance services available to its clients and their employees.
Under the agreement, New Frontier Group will support AMI Global Assistance's US and UK assistance centres by providing 24/7 remote telemedicine and local prescription services in North America, Canada, Australia, South America and the Middle East, along with any resulting hospital admissions and cost management.
Randy Cook, CEO, AMI Global Assistance said of the new relationship, “Although we ourselves have offices in the US, we recognized the value that New Frontier Group’s services and expertise brings to our overall customer proposition.”
