XN Global acquires Morgan Price international health insurance portfolio
The acquisition expands XN Global’s IPMI business, with existing policyholder benefits and broker servicing arrangements remaining unchanged
International private medical insurance (IPMI) specialist XN Global has acquired the insurance portfolio of Morgan Price International Healthcare Limited and Morgan Price (Europe) APS.
The transaction brings Morgan Price’s existing portfolio into XN Global’s international health insurance business, expanding its presence in the IPMI market.
Under a long-term servicing agreement, Morgan Price and its existing team will continue managing the portfolio, with no immediate changes to existing policies, benefits, or customer servicing arrangements.
Brokers, business partners, and insured members will retain their existing points of contact, and policyholders will not be required to take any action following the acquisition.
Continuity for brokers and policyholders
Cesar Moufarrege, CEO of XN Global, said: “This acquisition represents an important step in the continued development of XN Global and reinforces our long-term commitment to the international private medical insurance market.
“Looking ahead, we see a strong opportunity to build on the established Morgan Price portfolio by bringing together specialist expertise, international capabilities, and long-term investment.”
Jon Carpenter, Managing Director of Morgan Price International Healthcare Limited, added that the agreement would allow the business to retain established broker and customer relationships while drawing on XN Global’s wider resources.
The acquisition brings together two businesses providing international health insurance solutions to individuals, families, and companies operating across multiple markets.
