World Nomads unveils package for northern Europeans
New travel insurance package from World Nomads for clients from Belgium, Denmark, Germany and the Netherlands
It includes tailored coverage for over 200 sports and activities, as well as a new benefit for coronavirus-related travel costs – the company says that this offering ‘represents a significant upgrade in terms of limits and coverage’.
“We’re delighted to launch our bespoke travel insurance just as our World Nomads customers gear up for what is traditionally a busy time of year for travel,” said Europe General Manager, Jonathan Frankham.
“Some of our plans will support travellers who like to go a bit higher or further, with cover available for hiking up to 6,000 meters, scuba diving up to 50 meters, skiing, snowboarding and kayaking,” he added.
French travel operator Club Med recently reported that it was expecting a ‘record-breaking’ ski season this winter, despite growing concern from holidaymakers about the cost of living.
