Voyager Insurance Services takes over Navigator Travel Insurance
The acquisition, completed on 1 February, follows the retirement of Navigator’s directors, Richard and Yvonne Would
Voyager Insurance Services has announced the completion of its takeover of fellow UK-based firm Navigator Travel Insurance. The takeover was completed on 1 February – after which Navigator became owned and operated by Voyager.
Voyager stated that the takeover will have “no impact on any customer policies”, and that they will “continue to provide the outstanding service that Navigator’s customers have become accustomed to.”
Voyager stated Navigator Travel Insurance had been “one of our longest-standing and loyal supporting brokers”, offering products such as Voyager Plus and High Risk Voyager “for many years.”
The acquisition follows the retirement of Navigator’s Directors, Richard and Yvonne Would. Voyager said that it wished them “a very happy retirement”, and thanked them for their business over the years.
Voyager was recently named as the winner of Feefo’s 10 Years of Excellence Award for customer service.
