VisitorsCoverage and Atlys partner to embed travel insurance into visa applications
Travellers can now purchase instant, embedded travel insurance while completing visa applications, thanks to a new partnership between Atlys and VisitorsCoverage
VisitorsCoverage has announced a partnership with visa processing platform Atlys to integrate its Treppy embedded insurance technology directly into the Atlys checkout journey. The collaboration allows travellers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance while completing visa applications.
Atlys is known for its fast and simple application process, which it says can be completed in under a minute. Through this integration, travellers can access travel medical and trip coverage from top-rated providers without leaving the visa application flow.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Atlys to deliver embedded insurance solutions that meet travellers exactly where they are,” said Rajeev Shrivastava, CEO of VisitorsCoverage. “By embedding our Treppy technology into Atlys’s platform, we’re eliminating barriers and ensuring travellers can protect their journeys with just a few clicks.”
The partnership responds to growing demand for integrated, digital-first travel experiences. Research shows 73% of travellers abandon insurance purchases due to complexity and confusion about coverage.
“Atlys exists to make global travel effortless,” said Mohak Nahta, founder and CEO of Atlys. “Our partnership with VisitorsCoverage brings travellers a new level of convenience and peace of mind.”
The integrated insurance solution is now available to Atlys users worldwide.
Last year, VisitorsCoverage announced a partnership with clean-up organisation 4ocean.
