TuGo announces Cathy Nurmi as VP, Claims
She will lead the Claims at TuGo Administration, Medical Assistance and Cost Management teams
Canadian travel insurance provider TuGo has announced that Cathy Nurmi has joined its leadership team as Vice President, Claims.
In this role, Nurmi will lead the Claims at TuGo Administration, Medical Assistance and Cost Management teams in strategic planning and achieving operational and service-level goals.

Nurmi brings extensive leadership experience in the insurance industry, with organisations including Pacific Blue Cross, Sports Insurance.com & Adventure Insurance, Sports-Can Insurance Consultants Ltd., and Oceanic Underwriters & Premier Marine Underwriting Managers. She recently completed her MBA through York St John University with a specialisation in Leadership, Innovation & Change, as well as an MSc in International Business through Salford University. Nurmi holds her CAIB and a Level 2 BC Insurance Council designation.
