Trawick to invest in Greenlight Insurance
Greenlight – a vehicle insurance provider – offers car insurance to expats under its Eaglesure brand
UK-based travel insurance and assistance firm Trawick International has agreed to acquire a controlling stake in vehicle insurer Greenlight Insurance Services.
The investment in Greenlight is intended to broaden Trawick’s portfolio and strengthen the company’s position in the UK market.
According to Daryl Trawick, President and CEO of Trawick International, the deal continues Trawick’s “unprecedented period of expansion” and will help “accelerate the company’s strategy of growth and diversification”.
Greenlight – established in 1996 by brothers Tony and Neil Fehily – provides a range of specialist vehicle insurance coverage, including motor insurance to expatriates under its Eaglesure brand.
Trawick International appointed a new Senior Vice President for Travel Insurance last month.
