Travel insurer launches new customer driven claims process
New customer-driven claims process from Seven Corners aims to simplify travel insurance claims for business customers
The specialty benefits management company recently launched Claims Your Way, a process intended to make filing a claim simpler and more efficient. Specifically, in response to client feedback that speaking with real people is of key importance, customers are provided with a dedicated claims advisor who can help the customer choose the method and frequency of future interactions.
“Filing a claim can feel like a hassle and traditionally is known to be a frustrating process,” said Jeremy Murchland, Seven Corners president. “By dedicating a claims advisor to each customer, we’re adding a personal connection to their experience to ensure their problems are solved quickly and accurately. Our customers are real people, so they deserve to talk to a real advisor who wants to help.”
As well as having an individually assigned licensed claims advisor, Claims Your Way aims to provide other benefits including:
- The ability to initiate a claim through the website, by mail, by fax, via the mobile app as well as over the phone with an experienced customer service representative
- The ability to indicate how you would like to be updated - by email or phone
- Easy online access to claim status, advisor messages and a document library with all claim documentation.
