Simplifai to automate ERV Nordic claims process
Insurer ERV Nordic has selected insurtech provider Simplifai to improve the efficiency of its claims handling processes for travel insurance
Simplifai will implement its artificial intelligence (AI) automation platform throughout ERV Nordic’s processes, with the aim of making them more cost-efficient.
Bård Myrstad, CEO of Simplifai, said that once at full speed, the platform typically manages “around 60–80% of claims for many of our insurance customers”, and that it was aiming to deliver something similar to ERV Nordic.
Hadi M’Barek, Nordic IT Director/Chief Information Officer at ERV Nordic, stated: “Simplifai provides an AI Automation Platform that is highly suitable, adaptable, reliable and scalable to ERV Nordic’s needs. By implementing Simplifai’s AI Automation Platform, we expect to let technology handle lesser complex and repetitive tasks in order to focus our effort on more complex and challenging activities.”
Simplifai launched a large language model (LLM) AI insurance tool called InsuranceGPT in June 2023. The tool, designed to support insurers’ decision-making, is included as part of the company’s wider digital platform.
