Southern Cross Travel Insurance (SCTI) has been voted gold winner of the travel insurance category in the Readers Digest Quality Service Awards.

The Awards survey is conducted on an annual basis, with a view to uncovering New Zealanders’ attitudes towards services from businesses across different services. As such, 1,500 Kiwis were surveyed on their service experience across 40 categories, rating organisations on four key pillars of customer service: personalisation, understanding, simplicity and satisfaction.
